Orders

Q.   If I place my order today when does it ship?

For all Standard Shipping orders please allow up to 3-5 business days
delivery time.

For all Priority Expedited Shipping orders customers should expect to receive their item(s) in 1-2 business days.

Q. How do I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, due to our orders processing daily, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. If you put an invalid mailing address, your order will ship to that address + be returned to the warehouse.  A new shipment will have to be generated + an additional shipping charges will apply.

Q.  How do I get an exchange or refund?

  • Any exchanges / returns of the product must be sent back within 30 days after receiving the product.

Q.  Will I be charged sales tax?

Current law requires us to collect sales or other applicable taxes based on the order’s “shipped to” address. GlobalAcnoc follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order. Taxes will be displayed during the checkout process as an estimate, and is labeled accordingly.
